RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Since the assembled systems are prepared individually, there is no refund/exchange if there is no problem with the products. In case of malfunction, please review the WARRANTY CONDITIONS section on our website.
  • The product purchased within the first 14 days after your order is delivered to you must be in its original box, undamaged, complete with complementary accessories, and sent at the same time as any promotional or campaign products given as gifts, if any.
  • You must check your order whether it is missing or damaged during cargo delivery. The incoming courier or cargo personnel will wait for you to check your package. Complete the delivery after making sure that your order is complete and there is no damage. If you have received an incomplete or damaged package, unfortunately we cannot perform the return procedure. When a missing or damaged package arrives, you must make a report before receiving the cargo and request that it be sent back to us without receiving it.
  • Software products (licensed, disposable, etc.), assembled products, and products that are restricted for hygiene purposes, such as headphones, cannot be returned.
  • For your returns that meet these conditions, you can definitely send us the product along with a copy of the invoice. 

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

  • After your order is confirmed, you can cancel your order until the "Your Order is Being Prepared" stage.
  • Once the cancellation request for your order is approved by us, your refund will be made according to your payment method within 10 business days.
